GRAD’s research team and development technicians have been producing wind turbine nacelle covers and hub caps since 2009. Also, we can provide a full range of services from design to development, production, sales, and maintenance. We have been highly rated as a top 3 supplier by our customers working to make all forms of energy cleaner and more efficient.

Production Capacity

Our composite material industrial facility is 670,000 sqm with more than 270 employees. Production capacity is more than 2000 sets per year, with $150 million annual sales revenue. Stable clients Xinjiang Gold Wind, United Power, CRRC, etc. Professional fabrication of 1.5mw – 8mw.

Technology Capacity

The production of wind power products uses a variety of processes like vacuum infusion, light RTM, roll coating process, hand lay-up, etc. The main parts and metal structures adopt vacuum infusion one step molding process with excellent mechanical properties and fatigue resistance performance to reach standard A class.

Quality Control

GRAD adheres to use A-class raw material which offers superior protection for nacelle engine cabinet quality. A-class material provides high stability, which avoids quality fluctuation of the engine cabinets from the root. U9 material management system records detailed information including raw material name, supplier, qualified quantity, material batch number, and inspection date. This assures traceability of product material, and all data can be checked with proof following this procedure.
